Just a Few Recommendations...

DSC_2000 Happy Monday All!  OK--that was just mean.  Poop on Mondays.

So I was just sitting here thinking about all the cool vendors I've worked with over the years and I wanted to highlight a few I thought all you engaged folks might find interesting.  Enjoy!

MOCHA ROSE: I absolutely LOVE this florist.  That I know of I have only photographed one wedding that this shop provided flowers for but I LOVED THEM (the pic above is not from Mocha Rose....this is a shot from our wedding this past Saturday).  The flowers were so fresh, so bright and so beautifully put together.  See HERE for a pic included in a mosaic from that previous wedding.  I highly recommend Mocha Rose. Very creative.

CANA FILMS: Marco and Jenny Giordani are a husband wife team that do videography together and I love their work. Beyond that they are just a down-to-earth, sweet couple.  Even better is their professionalism.  Their equipment is top-notch, you never knew they were there, and they worked so beautifully along side John and I.  Dependable and creative.

TRENDS TO TRADITIONS: Katherine Shaw is the owner of this wedding planning company and she knows her stuff. She's been in the business a long time and is a HUGE resource for the wedding industry. She's very professional, as well as the rest of her staff and  I have personally worked with her and her staff.  She has a lot to offer and she's just a sweetheart.

LAVISH EVENTS ONLINE: Also if you get the chance be sure to check out Kara Marie Brown from Lavish Events. I have not had the chance to work with Kara Marie personally but you can read an interview I did with her on this blog HERE.

JEREMY GANSS PRODUCTIONS: I have not had the chance to work with Jeremy, owner of this wedding DJ business, YET but I so badly hope we do soon.  He's just terrific and has the BEST personality for this line of work.  One thing I hate is the cheesy crap most DJ's play and also the cheesy verbage they use while on the mic.  That is so not Jeremy's style.  Which is why I love him.

WENNING ENTERTAINMENT: Eric Wenning is also a FANTASTIC DJ. He's so full of energy and so full of fun he gets your crowd going. I have personally worked with Eric at a few weddings and I constantly have to remind myself that I'm not there to see him work, I'm there to photograph. :) He's so professional and really works hard to make sure your crowd has fun but not in that in-your-face kind of way.  For an interview I conducted on this blog with Eric a while ago, go HERE.

Well. That's it for now.  Make sure to visit their sites and drop a line and say HI. Each one is terrific and I would say anyone would be pleased to have them at their wedding.
