When you're photographing a boudoir session it's always in your best interest to maximize each wardrobe selection to its fullest. And don't make this complicated. You don't have to think of different areas in your studio or whatever location you're in. You don't have to have her stand, then sit, then lay down either. It's really as simple as just moving the hands and arms. Below you'll see that E didn't move a thing except her hands and arms and it's that easy.
