Jenielle & Mitch | Pittsburgh Field Club Weddings
VERY excited to share Jenielle & Mitch's wedding with you today. Let me tell you it has been our absolute most honored pleasure to get to know this endearing, wonderful and kind couple. I knew when John and I photographed their e-session that we were in for a real treat with Jenielle & Mitch. Firstly, you can't go 2 minutes without laughing out loud at some remark or funny face from Mitch, then in turn makes Jenielle smile HUGE, which then in turn products AWESOME photos. ;-) We laughed all they way thru their e-session and their wedding was absolutely no different. Oh, and I forgot to mention that Jenielle was seriously instrumental in helping our daughter get a cherished book back in our "Get Ella's Book Back" campaign. See here, if you're interested. After reading Ms. Ella's troubled plight, Jenielle emailed immediately and enlisted the help of the hospital she works in and her co-workers to end Ella's troubled plight. :) I just can't tell you how much we love this couple.
And their wedding day was such a treat. Not a nervous jitter in the house, just all smiles, sweet tears and lots and lots of hugs. It was so heartwarming to watch Jenielle's parents shed tears and hugs with her. And you should have seen her dad when he saw Jenielle for the first time in her gown! It is the reaction that every daughter wants from her papa on her wedding day. And of course, John relayed all the hi-jinx going on at the hotel with the guys...all relaxed, all good.
And wow was it fun to watch the 2 of them during the ceremony. Adorable! Again, Mitch making Jenielle laugh and giggle...again...making our job easy. ;-) And I loved the sabre arch at the end of the ceremony. That was our first time with the arch and it's so beautiful. And of course, the reception was a blast. It's always fun to watch the crowd so calm and so proper during dinner, and then watch them all explode on the dance floor. John and make bets on who is going to be the crazy ones. The dance floor was packed all night long with all kinds of crazy ones! Even Jenielle's grandfather got in on the act and wow was that fun.
Thanks for such a fun day Jenielle & Mitch!! Enjoy CO! It's a better place having you there. ;-)
