Julia showed this skirt to me and I instantly saw her twirling in it. Her mom made it specifically for her senior session with me and I wanted to do something super soft and artful with it. Julia isn't a dancer but truly you'd never know it; she has such a graceful way about her. She does work out and it was important to her to do something in her session that had something to do with athleticism. This outfit seemed the perfect way to fit in something feminine, yet strong. The light on this day was so milky and smooth, but at one point it really came out in full force and I couldn't help myself but to have Julia twirl in the full light so I could try and get some cool effects and lens flare. Mission accomplished, I'd say.

And as always with my senior sessions, mama got a makeover too and we finished out the day with some legacy photos of these lovely ladies. Such a spectacular way to end such a spectacular shoot.
