Pittsburgh Coming Together

If you're not aware, there have been quite a few gatherings of Pittsburgh communities coming together to stand up and use their voice to bring awareness to those who don't have one. John attended 3 of these protests, and Ella joined him for one, and you can watch all 3 below. The 3 things John said he was able to witness during these events that made an impression on him was the outpouring of love, the obvious heaviness of pain and the incredible openness of conversation amongst the folks that attended these events.

No matter which side of the fence you sit on with the issue of immigration and the tragic death of a young black soul, I hope you can at least appreciate the coming together of this city, in unity, to spread the message of hope, peace and love. #amen
