Pittsburgh Wedding Favors & Treats | Vendor Spotlight

Ok...so I don't do this very often but I have to tell you about this incredibly, sinfully delicious place that I have had the pleasure of partaking quite a few times.

Have you heard of Applelicious?? If you haven't and you are considering treats for any special occasion I HIGHLY recommend you visit this place. These treats are popular amongst the wedding crowd as Paul, the owner, can not only make the tastiest and most delectable treats...but he can actually dress them up for your wedding!

A friend of mine brought a few of these (above) to a Gal's Night In and I swore I wasn't going to eat mine...my hips don't need anymore sugar. But as I was about to pass it off to my daughter I thought "Eh..one bite won't hurt." Cut to me devouring the entire thing within seconds. It was so amazing. A pretzel stick dipped in caramel, dipped in white chocolate and topped with sprinkles and pearls. So, when I wanted to give a friend a Thank You gift I decided I wanted to give her a few of my favorite things. Of course, these treats had to be a part of it. So I called Applelicous and found out that their retail store is right in Carnegie. Paul said he'd leave the light on for me (as they are normally closed when I called) to come in and grab just these 2 treats. How sweet! AND he even insisted on giving my daughter a little complimentary treat as well (to her squealing delight).

So if you haven't had a chance to try these treats out I would take a moment and browse Paul's site. It doesn't show everything he can do but you'll get the idea of the magic he makes for sure. Your guests will appreciate it. ;-)
