Oh Mama!

I can't tell you how fun it is to watch some of our clients move through milestones in their lives. It's like we're family. It is one of the most humbling things when a couple trusts you enough to keep you around to photograph those milestones. And this is how it was for this lovely mama. I met her...gosh...4 years ago? She and her fiancé at the time were getting married and they were interested in our work. We were lucky enough to be the chosen photographers for their day and soon enough she came in for a boudoir session for her wedding gift. We instantly connected. Down to earth, so funny and so very very warm and sweet. The session was perfect, the wedding day a feast of romance and beauty. And I was absolutely thrilled when she contacted me to tell me that not only were they expecting their first child, but that she wanted me to document that bump. I was over the moon!

And so the day came and we laughed, we gossiped, we ooohhhed and awwwed over the fun dresses she bought for her session. It was so much fun. Hannah and I made her put her feet up as she got primped and pampered.

Oh, and she loved her photos. :)
