Timelessness
That is something I strive for in every session I do. Trends come and go and I won't bother to tell you I don't follow the trends, I do. But no matter what the trends are, my goal is to allow each client to walk away with photography that will still be relevant and beautiful in 5, 10 or even 50 years. How many of us have looked at a photo of ourselves or ones that we have taken a year or 5 later and thought. "Hahahaha!! What was I THINKING having the photographer turn the photo black and white but keep my flowers in color?!?!" Guilty. Guilty as charged.
So, once I got my footing in photography and once I found my own style and trusted myself I made a pact with myself to try and only produce timeless photos. I'm not always successful but with this set, I believe I was.
I hope you saw my first post about Emily and our session together. Such a lovely young woman and such a joy to photograph. She wanted to have a day that she could be free, be creative, step outside of her world and herself for an afternoon and just have fun. We made some beautiful photos together and I'm happy to share a few more with you.
I'm also happy to say that we have another session coming up soon and I am beyond excited to share what I have up my sleeve for that one. Muahahahahahaha!!!
