And honestly she never did say "never". But she did say "someday"...with a hint of ..."I wish". But, then she did. Why now? Well, partly the reason was more, why not now. Partly was because she met someone that made her feel so sexy and beautiful, it seemed like the right time. Did I mention that she gifted herself a session with me on her birthday? I won't tell you her age, but let's just say that this incredible, spicy, beautiful, completely independent woman has been around long enough to have learned the lesson of self-love, acceptance and celebration.  That's my kinda woman.

I did use that word "spicy" didn't I? And yes, folks, this amazing woman was definitely one refreshingly sassy ray of sunshine in my day. We talked a lot about finding oneself, great loves, great losses, and many many experiences that brought her to me on this day. What was so moving was the spark in her eye when she declared that she lives life on her own terms. It may not have always been this way, but over time she realized that true happiness only came with being true to oneself. And so she is now retired, sits on several boards, volunteers for several organizations, picked up dancing again, which she's done her whole life, loves a man a few (ahem....) years younger than herself (YEAH BABY!) and she spends her time exactly how she wants and with whom she chooses (of course, that includes her fur baby as well).

So, these photos you see today were from our "non-racy" set.  I'll let her decide which of the others, if any, I am permitted to post that will show you, without a doubt, that this is one impressive woman that enjoys life. More specifically, her life.
