Remember my sneak peek a bit back about this guy? Well…I FINALLY finished his photos…and I’m just in love! What I loved most about this shoot was that it was the first I’ve ever done where the wardrobe was 99% hair and makeup. Lee Ann of AtHome Beauty brought this vision to life so masterfully, as I knew she would. She and I kind of work on the same brainwave when we’re on shoots such as this and it’s like not working at all.

Ryan was, of course, the only person I wanted for this idea. His bone structure, connection with the camera…OFF THE CHARTS!

This is Winter. For this look I wanted pale, ice, gray tones, desaturated, and dark. He looks like a badass and that’s exactly what I was going for. The background was a big black piece of cardboard with a bunch of big and small twigs and fallen dead branches to bring home that barren look of the season.

This was by far my most favorite of the 4 seasons we did. It’s just so killer.
